What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For enterprise clients, bank transfers and invoicing can be arranged.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed via Stripe with industry-standard encryption. VidSparkle does not store your payment details.
Do you offer credit packs or only subscriptions?
We offer flexible options. You can choose a monthly or annual subscription for continuous access, or select a credit package if you only need occasional use.
Can I get an invoice or receipt for my purchase?
Yes. Invoices are automatically generated after payment and sent to your registered email. If you need a custom invoice (company name, VAT, etc.), please contact us at [email protected].
Do you provide refunds?
If you experience any technical issues preventing you from using VidSparkle, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. For subscription plans, you can cancel anytime and your access will remain until the end of the billing period.
What video resolutions and formats are supported?
VidSparkle currently generates 1080p HD videos in MP4 formats. We support aspect ratios including 9:16 (vertical) and 16:9 (landscape) for maximum platform compatibility.
Are there usage limits?
Each plan includes a set number of video generation credits. Subscriptions reset monthly, while credit pack credits never expire.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Yes. Enterprise clients can get higher generation limits, team collaboration features, and dedicated support. Contact [email protected] for a custom quote.
